The NAPA Building is a mixed-use facility located on Third Street near the intersection with Poplar Street in downtown Macon, Georgia. The development combines medical office space and a medical spa, on the first floor with residential loft apartments on the second floor of the building. Originally constructed as Macon’s original Sears & Roebuck, the building was empty for 20+ years. Piedmont Construction Group was able to restore the exterior facade, retain the original maple hardwood floors, and rework the original tin ceilings to allow new 1 hour separation walls between the new apartments.
