The Natural Science & Nursing Building was a 16,989 SF addition to the existing Oak Hall building on Middle Georgia State’s Warner Robins Campus. The function of the building is to provide Nursing Students state of the art educational facilities. The function of the building is to provide Nursing Students state of the art educational facilities. The first floor included a 2,864 SF Nursing lab complete with patient beds and a Nurses Stations as well as a Nurse Simulation Lab and Observation room. An additional 7 offices and one conference room were constructed on the first floor for facility personnel. The second floor was comprised of two large learning laboratories. The first is a 1,605 SF Anatomy & Physiology Lab and the second is a 2,357 SF Chemistry & Microbiology Lab. Science Casework and laboratory equipment were installed in both lab spaces including fume hoods, biological safety cabinets, fume extractors and snorkels.
