The project is a stand-alone addition to an existing skilled nursing facility and consisted of a new one story, wood framed, structure with (8) new double occupancy patient rooms, a dining room, kitchenette, a new entrance lobby and Porte Cochere (drive through), a Therapy facility and a new nurse station. The facade consists of hardi-plank siding and brick. The roof is a combination of a sloped shingle roof and a flat TPO roof system. Added to the original scope of work were two (2) major changes; a new force main sanitary sewer system and a new DOT deceleration lane and entrance. Phase 2 will include an additional eight (8) patient rooms and additional Therapy and dining space which will adjoin the current Therapy and dining areas.
