Location: Macon , GA

PCG served as the Construction Manager for the historic renovation and addition for the school under contract with the Bibb County School District.  While on site we worked closely with the PTA keeping the parents, teachers, and students up to date on the construction project.  During the course of construction the original Environmental Garden was removed and no plans were included to replace this exterior classroom.

PCG and the architect, BTBB, designed and budgeted an upgraded version and the local PTA raised the funds.  PCG assisted the PTA in obtaining gifts of brick, rebar, discounts on concrete material, and discounts on the required equipment.  PCG assigned a superintendant between projects to oversee the hardscape installation.  Upon completion the PTA and students installed the landscaping elements necessary for turning this area into an exterior classroom.
